We received our hearts yesterday and I must tell you how very satisfied we are with the entire process. Your company was so wonderful to deal with. Customer service is a thing of the past for most companies today. I was just so delighted with the emails, the card enclosed and even the packaging you sent everything in. Thank you again for the kindness and respect you showed us and the ashes of our beloved dogs. Lucky and Lady were 2 stray dogs - black lab mutts - I found when they were 5 months old. They were sisters and the best 2 dogs in the world. They were always together and loved each other so much. I just love having their ashes mixed together in this way. I just can't express my gratitude enough.

I love my jewelry in memory of my beloved husband Mike whom I miss very much. I will always wear it in his honor and memory. The artist did a beautiful job, and when the beads of the bracelet catch the sunlight they are so pretty. I enjoyed being treated so special by the ladies and the shop; they were caring and very special. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thank you.

I lost my furry angel, Bandit last summer. The love that your pet gives to you is like no other love in the world. I want to thank Art From Ashes for helping me to grieve. The day that I picked up my beautiful remembrances of the love of my life was just the beginning of my Dog Tale. I work with the public and not a day goes by that I don't get a lovely comment on my Remembrance bracelet; people are amazed at the beauty that death can bring. Thank you to the women at Art From Ashes for allowing me to be a part of a beautiful process.

My siblings and I were so pleased with the beautiful hearts that were crafted by Art from Ashes in memory of our beautiful mother. The hearts are truly works of art! We will cherish the hearts knowing that a part of our mom will always be with us. The hearts will remind us of the wonderful life we shared with our mom. Thank you so much for making our mother's memory a treasure! Your staff was very kind and compassionate and made the entire process an easy one.

When Washoe, our beloved friend and family member, passed away we began looking for a way to honor her memory. Washoe was the first chimpanzee to learn a human language (American Sign) and pass it on to her adopted son. Her accomplishments over the last four decades have helped humans better understand their responsibilities to our fellow animals. Because of her outstanding and unique qualities, we were delighted to learn about the one-of-a-kind remembrances that Art From Ashes creates. The pieces that Art From Ashes created of Washoe are all beautiful. Our Board members were touched and surprised when each was presented with an exquisite piece of art memorializing Washoe. The work of Robert Burch will be treasured by all of us.

Shortly after Daddy died I happened to read an article in his Newsweek magazine called "Thinking Outside the Urn." I saved the article and thought about it for several months before deciding to check out your web site. From that moment on I have been impressed by your compassion and concern for creating treasured keepsakes and memorials. I ordered one for my twin sister as well and when they arrived, not only were the pieces absolutely gorgeous, but they were lovingly boxed and bowed like the special gifts that they are. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The day I lost Maven was a day I also lost a piece of me. She was truly my canine soul mate. I couldn't be more pleased and proud to have her with me all the time with my gorgeous bracelet. It is the one piece of Silver I wear and it's the one piece that has such meaning to me. I cried the day it arrived and I cried as I put it on..truly a special moment. Not only can I have Maven with me in spirit, but a part of her goes wherever I go...just like the good 'ole days. Thank you so much for the quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the compassion and support you have shown me and my beloved "Simon". I received his two hearts today and they were packaged beautifully. I also appreciate the photo cards you sent and the card reading "When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure". And these two hearts are treasured deeply. As my friend and I looked at the hearts we cried and cried. The artist created a beautiful work of art. The way Simon's ashes were handled and the end result makes me feel as if you knew & loved him also. Thank you very much.
